I Was Wrong About My Jeep Gladiator Build
trSixteen months and countless adventures later, my vision for “Doc”—my Jeep Gladiator—has evolved in a way I never expected. When I first built this rig, my goal was clear: create the Trail Aid Station to raise awareness for first aid and honor my military medical brothers and sisters.
But then, one trip changed everything.
The Arctic Ocean Expedition pushed my Jeep and my mindset to the limit. It made me rethink not only my build but also what I want out of life. I realized I need a Gladiator that’s not just a showpiece but the ultimate overlanding adventure rig. That means big changes are coming.
In today’s video, I’ll give you a full walkaround of Doc, show you some major updates—including the external bypass shocks I’ve been running for six months—and share my vision for the future of this build.
