The Volkswagen Jetta GLI might not have much hype, and it might be luke warm compared to most hot hatches/sedans, but it makes up for that by being extremely sensible.
Other cars to consider include the VW Golf GTI, the Hyundai Elantra N, the Mazda3 Turbo, the Subaru WRX and the Honda Civic SI.
