In today’s video we take a look at a 2003 Mercury Grand Marquis with a V8 4.6l engine. The customer complaint is that the engine runs rough and is stalling. The repair shop has already replaced the Fuel pump and the spark plugs, but it still runs rough. After taking a fuel pressure measurement and finding that it’s only at 14 psi, we determine that the fuel pump is leaking inside the gas tank.
