The Best Budget EV For Families? 2026 Nissan LEAF Review

The Nissan LEAF is back in a big way (but still a compact package). It may seem ironic but for the first time the LEAF is built on an a dedicated EV platform and the benefits are immediately recognizable; better packaging, more interior space, and bigger batteries to name a few. With a bigger battery comes more range with the S+ trim rated for 303 miles, the first 300 mile option for Nissan’s early EV. Along with the new look comes a new interior and it’s a big upgrade from the outgoing hatchback, though the pricing is likely to be a bit bigger as well.
