2026 RAM 1500 Brings Back The HEMI
For 2026, Ram Trucks brings back the NOISE to the 1500 lineup by bringing back the Hemi V8! Yep, in all but the top two trims the 5.7L HEMI is baaack! What’s changed? Nothing, it’s the same e-torque mild hybrid V8 as before, with one exception: the sport exhaust is now standard! Yep, every RAM V8 will be louder than the 5.0L in the Ford or even the standard exhaust in GM’s 6.2 (without the recall).
The return of the V8 bumps the engine options to 4. The base engine is still the 3.6L V6, then there’s the 420HP inline 6, the 5.7L HEMI, and the 540 HP hurricane turbo in top trims.
